Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be updated. The winner and top 10 will be announced within a week of the event, Wednesday June 18, 2013. Should more than one registrant accumulate the most points, a tie-breaker of the final score will be used. The registrant with the score closest to the final score will be deemed the winner. Should a further tie exist, a process of either a coin-flip or picking a winner out of a hat will be done by an impartial third party.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, address (city and state), likeness, photo and any statements made by the winner regarding the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration except where prohibited by law.
